More Meditations for You
Two new meditations are available to you. One is related to grief and loss and the hard emotions that accompany it. Also, some time is dedicated to a state of expansion, realizing there is still more to life. The other meditation relates to ease, recalibrating to feel better and an intention to have more ease in your day.
While you may find it difficult to meditate if it is new to you, give yourself a chance to develop the muscles to be still and reap the benefits of meditation. Like most things we do in life, when they are new to us, it is difficult. Practice makes perfect. And dear friend, the beauty of practice means we improve and get better at it. No practice, no new skill, growth or deeper understanding. Give it time.
