Let Love Have Its Way With You

I started my next painting. Still more to go. This painting is about letting love lead the way. It asks that we remember what is most important, to not get caught up in judgment, fear or a busy mind that leads us astray. Easier said then done, however, it can become a habit. A healthy one where peace will ensue. Sadly, we often feel a need to defend, to protect ourselves in such a context that actually contributes to our suffering, We kind of miss the point. This painting asks us to connect with love above all else, always. I find it fascinating how when we need love the most, we can often forget it is readily available. Next time you feel pain or a challenge, remember to make room for love. It will be a welcomed experience.
